Junior Camps

The junior camps are aimed at young players between 8 and 18 years old who want to improve their game. During the camp, participants will train under the renowned Rafa Nadal Academy system, focused on the technical, tactical, physical, and mental development of each player. In addition to on-court training, players will participate in the Building a Champion (BAC) program, where they will receive training on nutrition, physical preparation, and the core values that inspire Rafa Nadal: discipline, commitment, respect, humility, perseverance, effort, self-control, resilience, and passion. These values are deeply integrated into the Academy’s methodology and are applied in all activities, following a code of conduct based on Rafa’s philosophy. The Junior Tennis Camp combines sport, education, and values in an international environment, where young players grow both as athletes and as people, following the training methodology that has taken Rafa Nadal to the top of world tennis.

The Values Scholarship

A unique opportunity to live an unforgettable experience at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca. At the end of the week, the player who best represents Rafa’s values will be selected to enjoy a week of training at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca.

The Rafa Nadal Academy will cover the costs of accommodation and the training campus (flights are not included).

Train with Rafa’s proven methodology

At the Rafa Nadal Academy, players train with the same methodology developed by Rafa and the technical team behind his legendary career. Our system evolves along with the sport, adapting to the demands of modern tennis: a faster and more dynamic game that requires reading situations quickly, thinking fast, moving explosively, and executing with precision.

We train the way tennis is played today: first with the eyes, then with the mind, the legs, and finally, the hands. Each session is built around Rafa’s core values—intensity, mobility, competitiveness, and concentration—combined with a balance between technical, tactical, physical, and mental work.

Fitness: Coordination and injury prevention

As tennis continues to evolve, physical preparation has become more important than ever. Our fitness program is based on two pillars:

• Coordination: balance, reaction, changes of pace, changes of direction, and footwork, all integrated into on-court exercises and physical sessions closely connected to real match play.

• Injury prevention: since tennis is a demanding and asymmetrical sport, we work on mobility, flexibility, and strengthening of the stabilizing muscles to promote long-term joint health.

Building a Champion

Beyond physical and technical training, we offer “Forming a Champion”, an educational program that teaches everything that shapes a complete player:

• Tennis strategy and tactical decision-making
• Mental skills: routines between points, patience, emotional control, acceptance, motivation, and confidence
• Nutrition and recovery habits
• Fitness routines aimed at improving performance
